Lambs around here....

We have a new friend at our house. His name is Scooby Doo. Scooby Doo is Jacob's lamb who he will take to our local Calf Club day being held at school in a couple of weeks. Edie is the committed feeder of Scooby Doo during the day while Jacob is at school. Here she is looking gorgeous. He is the first boy lamb we've had as a pet and I must say he is a bit different.... however we are thrilled that he is focused on grass rather than plants when in the garden. Yesterday our friends from town brought their pet lamb 'Sir Lambalot'(think knights) out to play. Sadly Scooby Doo was a little territorial and they had to be separated! Once the lambs were parted though lots of fun was had by all. xx

Zee Zee Merino TV Debut!

Oh and also lovelies, if you are in the Waikato, NZ area, as the Managing Directors of Zee Zee Merino, Becky and I were interviewed by Central TV this week. World Cup and Vege Patch

Hello there Merino lovers,

What a busy week again. Preparing for our World Cup stall in Hamilton this Friday and The Zee Zee Merino will be at both Hamilton games this weekend in full force. Go the All Blacks!

The weather did look as though it was becoming more springlike, but alas today the hurricane force winds and rain have set it. Luckily we got our vege garden all planted and ready to soak up that rain, and with the help of my number one Zee Zee Merino wearing helpers Millie and Rodie- see pics! Have an awesome day. xx Amy
